GUVNA is currently provided as a beta service. Pricing terms will be communicated to users before any charges are applied. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans with reasonable notice.

Your use of GUVNA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Availability & Uptime
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates or modifications to the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaz Smith trading as GUVNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of GUVNA, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GUVNA shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaz Smith trading as GUVNA from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of GUVNA or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law.
